Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy defines how Users’ personal data necessary for providing electronic services through the website arp-cars.pl (hereinafter: the Service) are collected, processed, and stored.

The Service collects only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered.

Personal data collected via the Service are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

Personal data are used for:

• execution of service agreements and e-services,
• communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
• newsletter delivery (upon User’s consent),
• provision of community services,
• promotion of the Administrator’s offers,
• marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
• personalization of the Service for Users,
• analytical and statistical purposes,
• debt recovery,
• establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.

III. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Administrator may process the following User data: name and surname, date of birth, address, email, phone number, NIP.

IV. Period of Personal Data Processing

Personal data will be processed:

• when based on an agreement – until claims expire (6 years, or 3 years for periodic or business claims),
• when based on consent – until it is revoked.

V. Sharing of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared with affiliated entities, subcontractors, partners (e-payment providers, courier/postal services, accounting, legal offices).

VI. User Rights

Users have the right to: access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time. Requests should be sent to arpcars.lublin@gmail.com. The Administrator will respond within one month.

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (GDPR).

VII. Cookies

The Service uses cookies (session, persistent, third-party). Cookies support proper service provision and are used for statistical purposes. Users can adjust cookie settings in their browser.

VIII. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

User data are not subject to automated decision-making. Profiling is done only with consent to personalize content and offers.

IX. Final Provisions

The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy without limiting User rights. Information on changes will be posted on the Service. GDPR and Polish law apply to matters not regulated herein.
